Before we can begin the design process, we want to know exactly what your wishes are. You can provide us with a written description, a piece of clothing from your wardrobe, or a purchased example from a store. We would also like to know what your brand identity is. Once we know what you do and what you would like to achieve, we can incorporate your brand identity in the design.
We believe in making amazing things in collaboration with others. Which is why we value clear and quick communication with our clients. We answer all messages within 24 hours – during office hours we strive to reply within one hour. Our client service is here to help you through the entire process; from the first meeting, until the moment you receive your product.

During the second step, we will discuss which products you need in your collection. We produce clothing on a very broad scale, from basic t-shirts to the most exclusive outdoor and fashion articles. It is therefore important to consider all of the options at the beginning of the process. Once you have chosen your clothing articles, we can discuss the customizations. During this step, we also discuss the colours and fabric quality.
Our standard deliveries include woven labels but there are many other possibilities including print and embroidery. Together, we can decide if we will stitch, print, or laser your design onto the clothing.

Now we come to the actual design. We deliver different mock-ups and designs from which you can choose. Together, we adjust the design until it is perfect for you before we move on to the next phase.
Based on your chosen design, the quantity and specifications of the product, we decide which factory is best suited for the production of your product.

Checking the samples
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product before we begin producing large quantities. Therefore, we always deliver samples of the products. When we begin production of the samples, we will notify you when we expect them to be ready.
When the samples are ready, we deliver them to you personally and look at them together. We complete the final quality control together and plan a date to begin production. Once this date is set, we can provide you with an estimated delivery date.
